Zeta One (1969)

When I stumbled upon this poster, I asked Q: “What’s The Love Factor?” Q said: “Oh, that’s Zeta One. That’s smut.”  I replied: “Smut? I’m in.”  This isn’t actually all that smutty, but there are plenty of pasties and white go-go boots to go around.  This movie’s about spies, bad guys, and a mysterious place called Angvia (yes, dear readers, that is indeed an anagram for “vagina”) where only women live. I think it lies somewhere in the middle of the movies-about-places-where-only-women-exist continuum. Not quite as goofy as Sexmission and less interested in eroticism than The Girl Slaves of Morgana Le Fay. If you like your sci-fi mod, goofy and sexy, watch this. If you don’t, what’s wrong with you?
